   The Tartan Ridge community is situated on 189 acres inside the City of Dublin.
   From the extensively landscaped entrance and spacious lot sizes to the
   natural beauty of the wooded reserve areas, the Tartan Ridge community is
   a distinct destination community.

   The Tartan Ridge community is the site of the 2009 BIA Parade of Homes. 
   The nearby Glacier Ridge Metro park is a wonderful amenity for Tartan Ridge
   residents, offering more than 11 mile of hiking, biking, and bridle trails, as
   well as picnic shelters and playground equipment.

Public Access

   I-270 is within six miles to the south.  The community entrance is located on 
   the east side of Hyland Croy Road, just north of McKitrick Road.
