The Village at Hannah Farms is a 60-lot development situated on forty acres inside the City of Gahanna. From the extensively landscaped entrance and spacious lot sizes to the natural beauty of the wooded reserve areas, the Village at Hannah Farms is a distinct destination community.
The Village at Hannah Farms was the site of the 2008 BIA Parade of Homes. The Community offers 37 percent open space with two wetland reserve areas and a leisure path that connects to Hannah Farms Park. The City recently announced the allocation of 2.5 million dollars for park improvements, which are currently in the process of being completed.
An additional athletic field, park and three golf courses are within two miles of the site. Easton Town Center offers a variety of businesses, retail, restaurant, and entertainment opportunities and is within 10 minutes of the community as is the Columbus International Airport.

Public Access
I-270 is within five miles to the west. The community entrance is located on the west side of Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road, just south of the Clark State Road intersection and one and one half miles north of the Havens Corner Road intersection.
